• Sommario/riassunto: Die Bedeutung von Netzwerken und Kooperationen in der Weiterbildung nimmt immer weiter zu. Doch wie verändern sich dadurch die Organisationsstrukturen von Einrichtungen der Weiterbildung? Die erste qualitativ-empirische Studie zu diesem Thema analysiert die Auswirkungen von Netzwerktätigkeit auf die strategische, strukturelle und kulturelle Ausgestaltung von Weiterbildungsorganisationen und gibt wichtige Impulse für eine zukünftige netzwerkorientierte Organisationsentwicklung. The importance of networks and cooperation within the continuous professional development branch is ever-increasing. But how does that change the organisation structures of continuous professional development institutions? This first qualitative-empirical study about this topic analyses the impacts of network activities on the strategic, structural and cultural development of continuous professional development organisations and provides important stimuli for the future, network-orientated organisation development.
