• Sommario/riassunto: Denne antologien er resultat av eit større forskingsprosjekt som starta i 2021, og er eit samarbeid mellom Helse Møre og Romsdal HF, Høgskulen i Volda, Høgskolen i Molde og NTNU. Føremålet med prosjektet, som fekk tittelen Før, under og etter koronapandemien - kva lærdom kan spesialisthelsetenesta, kommunehelsetenesta og brukarrepresentantar ta med seg frå samarbeidet om pandemien?, var å studere pandemihandteringa i Møre og Romsdal fylke. I antologien har forfattarane prøvd å forstå og forklare pandemihandteringa i Møre og Romsdal ved hjelp av fleire teoretiske perspektiv. I tillegg til dokumentstudiar har det blitt utført intervju med leiande folkevalde i kommunar, administrativ og helsefagleg leiing i helseføretaket og kommunane, og brukarrepresentantar. Føremålet til styresmaktene med handteringa var å slå utbrotet tilbake og halde smittenivået lågt. Vurdert opp mot dette føremålet, er konklusjonen at Møre og Romsdal, som resten av landet, lukkast godt. Handteringa av koronapandemien blei etter forfattarane si vurdering ei mobilisering der folkevalde, helseføretaka, kommunehelsetenesta og folket samarbeidde. Handteringa står fram som eit godt døme på folkehelsearbeid som «helse i alt vi gjer».
