This book constitutes the refereed proceedings of the Third International Conference on Electronic Governance with Emerging Technologies, EGETC 2024, held in Jakarta, Indonesia, during September 25–26, 2024. This volume discusses the latest scientific results and technological innovations related to emerging technologies that support electronic governance.
