"Laura A. Reese and Karen E. Lindenberg use case studies to focus on the implementation of sexual harassment policy in public sector organizations. Their approach is practical in its identification of problems and suggestions for solutions. The authors identify five major challenges to implementing sexual harassment policies and examine each, starting with a description and concluding with specific recommendations for overcoming the challenges in policy making.
