The book aims to engage readers in projects aligned with global calls for a more livable world, as advocated by jurists, philosophers, criminologists, biologists, ecologists, and ethologists. It proposes rewriting real cases of ecosystem and animal harm to inspire concrete initiatives. The book results from a project funded by the Ministry of Science, involving collaboration from over fifty contributors from different fields and countries. It concludes with two epilogues offering both critical and imaginative visions.
