|
(Berufs-)Schulische Lerngruppen, Betriebe und Unternehmen haben sich durch Migration und Einwanderung in den letzten Dekaden stark gewandelt. Längst kann nicht mehr von sprachlich und kulturell homogenen Ausbildungssituationen ausgegangen werden. Dies stellt auch die Forschung zum berufsbildenden Deutschunterricht vor die Aufgabe, sowohl Unterricht als auch Lehrer*innenprofessionalisierung zunehmend diversitätsorientiert zu konzipieren und zu gestalten. Im vorliegenden Band werden sowohl aktuelle Forschungsprojekte als auch Unterrichtskonzepte aus Theorie und Praxis vorgestellt, welche die Themen Mehrsprachigkeit, Internationalisierung, postmigrantischer Literaturunterricht sowie Förderung der Lese- und Schreibkompetenz in sprachlich heterogenen Lerngruppen aufgreifen. Ziel des Bandes ist es, die Notwendigkeit der Forschung zu einem diversitätsorientierten berufsbildenden Deutschunterricht herauszustellen, künftige Forschungsfelder abzustecken sowie eine Fachdiskussion anzuregen. |
