• Sommario/riassunto: Im ersten Nachkriegsjahrzehnt wurde das deutsche Rechtswesen unter der Herrschaft von sowjetischer Besatzungsmacht und SED grundlegend verändert; die Justiz entwickelte sich zum Werkzeug der kommunistischen Diktatur.
