|
Pädagogisches Handeln ist hochgradig komplex und ambivalent. Am Beispiel einer Wohneinrichtung für Menschen mit ›geistiger Behinderung‹ zeigt Hendrik Trescher, wie vielfältig die Herausforderungen pädagogisch Handelnder im Alltag sind. Dabei problematisiert er, wie der ›pädagogische Kern‹ des Handelns immer wieder durch innere und äußere Vorgaben bedroht wird. Er diskutiert theoretisch wie praktisch, welche Konsequenzen dies sowohl für pädagogisch Handelnde als auch für ihre Adressat_innen hat. Neben der Analyse diverser Dokumententypen, darunter Interviews, Beobachtungen, Grundrisse und Dienstpläne, werden Fragen der Weiterentwicklung und Umgestaltung von Wohneinrichtungen – auch vor dem Hintergrund eines Inklusionsparadigmas – diskutiert. |
