This book explores existing and potential strategies for using the genome sequences of human, mouse, other vertebrates and human pathogens to solve key problems in the treatment of immunological diseases and chronic infections. Long description: Mit dem Beitritt Polens zum Schengen-Raum hat sich die Möglichkeit der Verfolgung von Straftätern über die Oder und die Neiße eröffnet. Allein im Jahr 2015 haben die deutschen Polizeibeamten 53 inländische Verfolgungsfahrten auf dem polnischen Staatsgebiet fortgesetzt. Gleichwohl wirft die Ausübung des Nacheilerechts nach wie vor eine Reihe von rechtlichen Fragen auf, mit denen sich die vor Ort |

agierenden Bediensteten beim gegenwärtigen Forschungsstand selbst auseinandersetzen müssen. Erfordert die auslieferungsfähige Straftat als Nacheilevoraussetzung die Überprüfung der beiderseitigen Strafbarkeit durch die verfolgenden Beamten? Darf die Grenze bei dringendem Tatverdacht überschritten werden oder muss die Tatsache der Tatbegehung offensichtlich sein? Was ist unter dem Festhalterecht i.S.v. Art. 41 Abs. 2 lit. b SDÜ zu verstehen? Welche Zwangsmittel und auf welche Art und Weise dürfen diese auf dem jeweils fremden Hoheitsgebiet eingesetzt werden?
