This commentary focuses on the Societas Europaea (SE), which is enjoying an increasingly positive reception not only with large corporations, but also amongst small and mid-sized enterprises, particularly in Germany. The commentary on SEBG regulations is expanded on with explanations of specific provisions in the SCEBG and MgVG.
