Il presente volume analizza la fisionomia, il ruolo e le caratteristiche dei prestatori di servizi per le cripto-attività alla luce del framework di recente approvazione (i.e. MICA), ove i protagonisti della filiera distributiva annoverano soggetti di nuova introduzione accanto ad altri già noti nel sistema finanziario tradizionale. Tra percorsi di accesso al mercato e vari regimi di esenzione a livello nazionale ed europeo, il legislatore ripropone quasi fedelmente i modelli già sperimentati in ambito Mifid, sino ad \201Coscurare\201D quella connotazione di specialità che avrebbe dovuto contraddistinguere la nuova normativa rispetto a quella vigente. A dispetto delle potenzialità, in MICA l\2019innovazione \201Crecepisce\201D ancora la tradizione, penalizzata dall\2019effetto di c.d. \201Cmifidizzazione\201D, che copre sia lo statuto normativo dei professionisti dei nuovi mercati, sia la disciplina dei servizi prestati. In attesa del salto di specialità normativa, che potrebbe registrarsi con MICA 2, le sfide dell\2019era digitale e le linee direttrici della Strategia europea per la finanza digitale stanno facendo emergere altro processo di concomitante realizzazione, che potrebbe preludere all\2019economia tokenizzata, quale vero obiettivo del disegno europeo. |

This new book shows how the idea of a strategic triangle can illuminate the security relationships among the United States, the European Union and Russia in the greater transatlantic sphere.
