Wie lassen sich solche Verbindungen im Mathematikunterricht nutzen, um zentrale Kompetenzen wie Modellieren, Argumentieren oder Problemlösen anzusprechen? Der Autor gibt einen Überblick über die Verknüpfungen von Konkreter Kunst und Mathematik: Bei dieser Gattung bildender Kunst spielen die Kunstschaffenden mit logischen Regeln. Eine Aufgabe des Betrachters kann das Herauslesen der Regelwerke aus den Bildern sein. Die Analyse Konkreter Kunstwerke und ihre Variation mittels Computersimulationen bilden daher eine Einheit, die sich als Zwei-Phasen-Schema auch auf die Modellierung von Realsituationen übertragen lässt. Anhand empirischer Daten wird der Bezug dieser Vorgehensweise zum Problemlösen und mathematischen Modellieren herausgearbeitet und es werden Aufgaben für den Einsatz im Unterricht der Sekundarstufe vorgestellt. |
