This textbook presents the fundamentals of the law of succession, and covers legal and arbitrary succession, acceptance and disclaimer of inheritance, the legal status of heirs, utilization replacement rights for legacy holders, and forced heirship. The 5th edition takes into consideration the new European 2015 Succession Regulation as well as important higher court decisions related to the law of succession. |
