Die Vertrauensbildung ist grundsätzlich an Kommunikation - und somit an Sprache - gebunden. Der Zusammenhang zwischen Vertrauen und Sprache wurde bisher dennoch kaum näher beleuchtet. Die Einführung widmet sich eben diesem Desiderat. Ausgehend von Erkenntnissen aus anderen Disziplinen (u.a. Psychologie, Soziologie und Wirtschaftswissenschaft) wird der Gegenstand Vertrauen an etablierte sprachwissenschaftliche Themen theoretisch-methodisch angeschlossen. Dadurch wird eine Grundlage für die linguistische Erforschung von Vertrauen geschaffen. Als wichtige Anschlusspunkte für die Untersuchung von Vertrauen werden u.a. Imagearbeit, Angemessenheit und Persuasion diskutiert. Durch die Auseinandersetzung mit dem Thema aus verschiedenen Perspektiven erhalten die LeserInnen einen Einblick in die Bereiche der Pragmatik, |
