Der Band enthält die Referate, Diskussionsbeiträge und Berichte der Arbeitsgruppen eines interdisziplinären Workshops über die Rolle von Innovationen in der Arzneimitteltherapie. Nach einem grundlegenden Referat über den Begriff der medizinischen Innovation folgen Beiträge über Arzneimittelinnovationen aus der jeweiligen Sicht der Kassenärzte, der Krankenkassen und der pharmazeutischen Industrie. Die Arbeitsgruppen diskutieren medizinisch-pharmakologische Anforderungen an Arzneimittelinnovationen, ihre Finanzierung unter einem Budgetdeckel und die solidarischen Grenzen des GKV-Arzneimittelkataloges. Ein Resümee faßt dann Übereinstimmungen und divergierende Meinungen zusammen. |
