PrefaceIn line with Darwin's theory of evolution from 1859, three ingredients have determined the evolution in rhinoplasty during the last century: variation, reproduction and pressure. On the shoulders of giants, a variety of philosophies and rhinoplasty techniques were consistently developed and modified.
