|
Pese a su importancia crucial en la construcción social y personal del género y la sexualidad, la heterosexualidad no ha sido analizada a fondo como tal. Al igual que ha sucedido con la masculinidad y la raza blanca, su normatividad la ha preservado del escrutinio al que debe ser sometida no sólo para privarla de esa posición normativa sino también para que podamos construir una nueva consciencia de su mutabilidad histórica que lleve a un modelo realmente igualitario de ciudadanía. Debemos, además, distinguir cuidadosamente entre la heterosexualidad, que puede ser perfectamente antipatriarcal y aliada de las personas LGTB, de la normatividad patriarcal que nos oprime a todos, heterosexuales incluidos. Construyamos, pues, una heterosexualidad desafiante y disidente, contraria a toda norma opresora y represora. |
