Weltgesellschaft, Weltsysteme, internationales System und Globalisierung – diese Begriffe prägen gegenwärtige Analysen, ohne immer präzise voneinander abgegrenzt zu sein. Im Anschluss an die Auseinandersetzung mit der Begrifflichkeit bietet der vorliegende Band eine Einführung in die Konzepte der Weltgesellschaft von Peter Heintz, Niklas Luhmann und John Meyer. Diese zeichnen sich vor allem dadurch aus, dass Unterschiede in der Weltgesellschaft als interne Differenzierungen des weltgesellschaftlichen Systems verstanden werden. Abschließend werden Differenzierungsprozesse in Politik und Recht dargestellt, die den Wandel des globalen Erwartungshorizonts in der Weltgesellschaft dokumentieren. |
