Das hier vorliegende Gutachten für die Stiftung Deutsche Schlaganfall-Hilfe befasst sich mit den verschiedenen regulatorischen Möglichkeiten einer Installierung von Patientenlotsen im Sozialleistungssystem und liefert dazu Einschätzungen für eine gesetzgeberische Umsetzung. Im Hauptteil des Gutachtens werden u. a. bedarfsauslösende Situationen, Leistungsinhalte, Adressaten, Bereitstellung einer Infrastruktur an Patientenlotsen, Finanzierungsfragen, Qualifikation des Patientenlotsen behandelt. Im Vordergrund steht die Organisation der Leistungserbringung von Patientenlotsen. Ebenso werden Fragen der Zusammenarbeit verschiedener Leistungsträger, so auch der Zusammenarbeit von kommunalen Gebietskörperschaften und Sozialleistungsträgern, erörtert. |
