El derecho de acceso a la justicia es fundamental para el marco conceptual en el que se afianzan las democracias liberales. Este libro tiene dos objetivos principales, que se relacionan directamente con esta premisa. El primero, examinar de manera crítica los fundamentos teóricos del derecho de acceso a la justicia. Para cumplir con este fin, se examina el lugar que este derecho ocupa en una de las formas paradigmáticas de fundamentar las democracias liberales. |
