|
Networking concepts are difficult to explain, even through careful description and well thought out examples. One useful teaching method is enabling the networking professional to visualize how networks work by using a software tool that simulates network functions. The Network Simulation Experiments Manual provides just such a tool by allowing the reader to download free, easy-to-install OPNET software. This software provides a virtual environment for modeling, analyzing, and predicting the performance of IT infrastructures, including applications, servers, and networking technologies. |
