Que savons-nous de la politique familiale entreprise sous Vichy ? Dans l’affichage officiel du régime, la famille est placée au premier rang des priorités politiques, présentée comme l’objet d’un programme d’action de grande ampleur et mobilisant l’ensemble des forces gouvernementales derrière le maréchal Pétain. Cette action familiale constituerait le principal succès de l’État français. Cette image, véhiculée par une importante propagande, a durablement marqué les travaux consacrés à la période. Or elle est loin de la réalité historique. Fondé sur des archives publiques et privées inédites, cet ouvrage met à jour les faux-semblants d’un système qui tente de dissimuler non seulement les nombreuses contradictions au sein de l’appareil d’État et les entraves à l’élaboration d’une politique publique cohérente mais également les menaces sur le fonctionnement même de son administration familiale et les échecs de ses projets familiaux, le recours massif aux finances privées comme l’utilisation des forces extra-étatiques. The Special Issue "Anticancer Drugs 2021" of Pharmaceuticals is focused on recent significant advances in the design, synthesis, molecular mechanism of action and therapeutic applications of anticancer drugs. This collection of preclinical research papers and reviews includes designed chemotherapeutic agents, targeted therapies and biological agents. The rationalization for the biological activity of these drugs is presented, which helps to guide the design of more effective agents. Structure–activity relationships, together with the biological context in which targets are selected for oncology drug development, are also considered. |

This book is devoted to strengthening the theoretical and methodological basis, systematization of international experience, and scientific elaboration of prospects for developing a climate-smart economy and business as a vector of the sustainable development of Industry 4.0 in the Decade of Action. The first part of the book focuses on climate-responsible entrepreneurship in support of the sustainable development of Industry 4.0. The part systematizes best practices for climate-smart green innovations across sectors of the digital economy. The third part reveals the experience of climate risk management based on smart green innovations in regions and countries. Particular attention is paid to the best practices of the European Union (EU) and the Eurasian Economic Union (EAEU). The book ends with part four, which explores ESG climate risk management and green finance in support of combating climate change. The book’s novelty is that it rethinks the environmental footprints of Industry 4.0 from the perspective of climate risks and their management.
