|
Integrated vector management (IVM) is one of the key elements of the Revised Malaria Control Strategy of the SEA Region. The technical, managerial and operational capacities of district-level managers are inadequate or too weak to understand, plan, and implement components of an IVM approach at district and sub-district levels.
