De quoi les révolutions sont-elles le nom ? De quelle impulsion, de quel désir de l’humanité sont-elles la marque ? Dans cette somme considérable, Yadh Ben Achour, juriste et universitaire tunisien, examine le phénomène révolution, depuis sa conceptualisation à sa mise en œuvre. Croisant de nombreux exemples, l’auteur développe sa théorie : les révolutions seraient mues par une éthique. Si celles-ci sont multiples – démocratiques, indépendantistes, liées ou non aux religions –, elles sont aussi universelles.
