Propõe diferentes perspectivas relacionadas aos estudos de patrimônio territorial e turismo no Brasil, na Costa Rica e na Itália. Os autores são professores do Instituto de Geografia da UERJ, da Faculdade de Ciências Geográficas da Universidade da Costa Rica e da Universidade Tor Vergata (Roma 2). Apresentada no idioma original dos autores (português, espanhol e italiano), a obra revela os temas de interesse e as abordagens desenvolvidas pelos pesquisadores em seus respectivos países, sob o prisma da geografia do turismo.
