|
The new Genetic Diagnostics Act of July 31, 2009 raises important questions in the area of conflict between divergent perspectives, especially in the dialogue between human genetics and law. about the organization of the genetic counseling, the tasks of the newly created genetic diagnosis commission or regarding the prenatal genetic diagnosis. At the same time, the focus is on the classic medical law aspects of medical information and consent as well as data protection issues. This multifaceted spectrum of questions was the subject of a Göttingen workshop on medical law in November 2010, jointly organized by the Institute for Human Genetics (Faculty of Medicine) and the Center for Medical Law (Faculty of Law). The contributions and results of this conference are made available to the interested public in this volume. |

Fellini e la letteratura: un binomio che a prima vista potrebbe sembrare paradossale. Lo sviluppo del suo cinema, infatti, appare piuttostocontrassegnato da un progressivo distacco dalla parola, a beneficiodi una "libertà dell'immagine" sempre più spericolata. Eppure, inquesta crescente fiducia nella propria ispirazione fantastica, Fellininon ha fatto altro che rimanere fedele all'aspirazione più intima della letteratura, ovvero alla sua capacità di approssimarsi al mistero eall'essenza mercuriale dell'esistenza umana, ben riassunta in una frase - apocrifa eppur così vera - dell'amato Leopardi, citata anche neLa voce della luna: «Nulla si sa, tutto si immagina». I saggi presentinel volume offriranno al lettore uno sguardo nuovo sulle suggestioniletterarie del cinema di Fellini, spaziando dal progetto del Viaggio diG.
