Das Projekt ECON 2022 erhebt den Ist-Stand ökonomischer Kompetenz in der Sekundarstufe I in Nordrhein-Westfalen. Grundlage hierfür ist die Entwicklung eines authentischen Testinstruments, das die Lebenswelt der Schüler*innen repräsentiert. Der Fokus liegt auf Wissensbeständen |

und Fähigkeiten, die zu einer gelingenden Partizipation am wirtschaftlichen und gesellschaftlichen Leben erforderlich sind. Hierzu werden auch Aspekte des nachhaltigen Wirtschaftens und Konsumierens integriert, die als ein Bewertungsmaßstab für die persönliche Lebensführung und politische Gestaltung an Bedeutung gewinnen. Darüber hinaus werden Bildungskontexte, in denen Jugendliche ökonomische Kompetenzen erwerben können, sowie Einstellungen der Jugendlichen erhoben. Insgesamt bietet der Band „ECON 2022 – Ökonomische Bildung in Jahrgang 8: Konzeption, Kompetenzen und Einstellungen“ einen empirisch analytischen Einblick in die Startchancen von Jugendlichen als Wirtschaftsbürger. |
