Unter Einbezug relevanter Studien und zahlreicher Aspekte wie Wertewandel, geänderte Bildungserfordernisse, Einfluss von und Umgang mit Medien und Technik geht Hans Lenk dem sich wandelnden Arbeitsbegriff nach. Er plädiert dafür, das von den Vereinten Nationen formulierte Recht auf Arbeit weiterzuentwickeln zu einem Recht auf Eigenleistung und persönliche Entwicklung und formuliert einschlägige Thesen zum Wandel des Arbeitsbegriffs die den Bedingungen der postindustriellen Arbeit Rechnung tragen. |
