Das Handbuch des Antisemitismus widmet sich allen Aspekten der Judenfeindschaft von den Anfängen bis zur Gegenwart und ohne geographische Begrenzung. Im siebten Band geben in knapp 300 Lemmata 120 Autoren einen Überblick über den kulturellen Antisemitismus im Film und Theater, in der Literatur und Kunst. Der „ewige Jude“ der Ahasver-Legende wird ebenso thematisiert wie die historische Figur „Jud Süß“, Informationen zum Film „Schindlers Liste“ finden sich neben Erläuterungen zur Judenfeindschaft in mittelalterlichen Passionsspielen und den Kontroversen um „Nackt unter Wölfen“ oder Wilhelm Buschs Bildergeschichte „Plisch und Plum“. Romane und Bühnenstücke, Filme und Werke der Bildenden Kunst werden als Vehikel der Judenfeindschaft behandelt.
