Jane is a Technician Member (Tech IOSH) with the Institution of Occupational Health and Safety Europe's leading body for health and safety professionals. In addition, Jane is a Licentiate Member of the Chartered Institute of Personnel and Development, she recognises that behaviour affects health and safety and that training is one approach to managing behaviours. Jane has recently achieved the City and Guilds Conflict Management Trainers Award, which, enables her to deliver effective conflict management training courses. Jane works with dental companies around the UK, she gives presentations, delivers certificated training courses and provides a consultancy service.
