electrification in both transportation and industry. New structural motors, such as the axial flux machine and the multi-phase machine, are introduced because of their enhanced reliability for use in next-generation electrified transportation. Special attention is also given to the micro PM motor, which has a broad use in many areas. In addition, advanced control techniques, such as position sensorless control and fault-tolerant control, are also incorporated to fulfill the demand for safe crucial applications, and the modeling of the bearing voltage and a line-start permanent magnet motor can be of particular interest to the industrial sectors. Through this reprint, we hope to provide a new perspective for the readers to manage their encountered problems, as well as stimulate innovative ideas for the electrified transportation of the next generation. |

Im Zuge der Reformen zur Schuleingangsphase haben viele Grundschulen jahrgangsheterogene Klassen eingerichtet, die von den Lehrkräften einen binnendifferenzierten Unterricht erfordern. Damit |

rücken Fragen nach der Gestaltung schulischer Lehr- und Lernsituationen in den Fokus, die didaktisch und schultheoretisch zu reflektieren sind. Anhand einer historischen Analyse von der Mitte des 19. Jahrhunderts bis zur Gegenwart werden die jeweiligen schulsystemischen Gegebenheiten und die Motive zur Bildung jahrgangsheterogener Klassen ebenso wie die angebotenen didaktischen Modelle herausgearbeitet. Dies ermöglicht es, Kontinuitätslinien und Brüche in der Diskussion um den jahrgangsübergreifenden Unterricht sowie dessen potentielle Chancen und Problemlagen aufzuzeigen. Die sich anschließende empirische Analyse basiert auf einer explorativen Feldstudie in neun jahrgangsgemischten und zum Teil integrativ gebildeten Klassen für die Jahrgänge 1-3. Untersucht wird die Differenzierung der Lerninhalte und -angebote für den lehrgangsförmigen Unterricht und für alternative Unterrichtsarrangements. Dabei richtet sich der Blick insbesondere darauf, wie die Lehrkräfte eine differenzierte Anleitung des Lernens gestalten. Eine ‚neue‘ Aufgabe stellt die Entscheidung zur längeren und kürzeren Verweildauer in der Schuleingangsphase dar, der sich die Studie in einem eigenen Schwerpunkt widmet. |
