|
Les questionnements épistémologiques, théoriques et méthodologiques sur les corpus, notamment de textes, irriguent les humanités et les sciences humaines et sociales. Au sein de cette réflexion, les trois étapes essentielles de la composition, de la mesure et de l’interprétation des corpus sont distinguées même si, en pratique, elles sont imbriquées selon des logiques circulatoires. Quels sont les critères, théoriques mais aussi bien souvent pratiques, qui déterminent la constitution d’un corpus de recherche ? Quels outils et logiciels permettent de l’exploiter au mieux ? Comment arriver à faire la part entre domaine quantitatif et domaine qualitatif ? Dans cet ouvrage, des chercheurs issus de différentes disciplines se côtoient, afin de porter sur le même objet des regards différents : le corpus apparaît tantôt comme terrain de recherche, tantôt comme espace d’exploration méthodologique, tantôt comme objet de réflexions théoriques. L’approche interdisciplinaire, appuyée sur des retours d’expérience variés, permet ainsi de partager réflexions, méthodes et outils (notamment par une comparaison entre les différentes offres logicielles) au sein d’une réflexion commune qui intéressera toute personne confrontée à la notion de corpus, que ce soit en « débutant » ou en « utilisateur confirmé ». Epistemological, theoretical and methodological questions relating to corpora, especially text corpora, permeate Humanities and Human and Social Sciences. Le droit est-il appliqué ? Ainsi formulée, la question est assurément provocante. Certes, nul ne doute de l’existence de comportements contraires aux prescriptions de la règle de droit. Cependant, ces violations ne trouvent-elles pas toujours une réponse assurant in fine le triomphe de l’ordre juridique ? L’acte administratif illégal est annulé, le préjudice réparé, bref, l’ordre des choses rétabli : le coupable puni, c’est la victoire du droit tout autant que l’absence de crime. Pourtant, certains criminels courent toujours et certains actes illégaux échappent à tout recours. De nombreuses règles – éventuellement d’importance fondamentale – demeurent inappliquées. Les raisons de cette inapplication peuvent en être diverses : inaction des autorités, inertie des victimes et des créanciers, inadéquation des procédures, résignation ou force des habitudes, etc. Comment saisir l’incrédulité envers la règle, le labeur de la démarche, la crainte de représailles qui anéantiraient le gain escompté ? Quelle place réserver aux prescriptions non juridiques – qu’elles soient éthiques, religieuses, économiques ou autres – qui s’interposent au quotidien entre la règle de droit et son application ? L’objet de cet ouvrage, issu d’une journée d’études organisée à la faculté de droit d’Aix-en-Provence le 13 septembre 2017, est de nourrir la réflexion sur cette thématique en rassemblant les contributions d’une quinzaine d’auteurs sur l’origine, l’ampleur et les manifestations du phénomène. |

This volume is the final output of a project started in 2013 on the occasion of the fortieth anniversary of the Scandinavian Section of the University of Milan. A group of scholars working on different European and non-European cultural and literary traditions come together here to discuss the relationships between their areas of study and the Nordic countries. The range of the contributions expands over time and space, from the Middle Ages to the present day, from Poland in the east to the United States in the west, across various European countries. Through various kinds of expertise and different perspectives, this intercultural discourse deals with diverse themes, including the perception of Nordic culture(s) by foreign writers as well as the image of other cultures in Scandinavian works. In particular, the literary and cultural interchange of models and ideas between the North and other areas is investigated in a number of essays devoted to numerous authors, including, among others, Klaus Böldl, Carmen de Burgos, Carlo Emilio Gadda, Gerhart Hauptmann, Henrik Ibsen, Stieg Larsson, Carl von Linné, Rainer Maria Rilke, J.D. Salinger, Henryk Sienkiewicz, Mme de Staël, August Strindberg, and Tomas Tranströmer. |
