Cet ouvrage propose une esquisse grammaticale du basari (également noté ‘bassari’) qui est une langue parlée sur la frontière entre le Sénégal oriental et le Nord de la Guinée. Les Bassari, qui se nomment Bëliyan et nomment leur langue oniyan, ont fait l'objet en 2012 d'un classement au patrimoine mondial de l'UNESCO en raison de l'authenticité de leur culture. Le basari appartient au groupe tenda (à côté du bedik ou du coniagui) de la famille des langues atlantiques (phylum Niger-Congo). C'est une langue à tons caractérisée par un système de classes nominales avec alternance consonantique et par des conjugaisons organisées autour de l'opposition accompli/inaccompli vs. aoriste. Parmi les trois variantes dialectales que comporte cette langue, c'est celle correspondant au basari parlé à l'Ouest de Kédougou (dialecte ane) qui est décrite ici. Ce travail a été réalisé dans le cadre du programme Sénélangues (ANR 09 BLAN 0326) dirigé par Stéphane Robert et Sylvie Voisin et impliquant des chercheurs européens et sénégalais. Il avait entre autres objectifs de proposer une description et une documentation des langues minoritaires du Sénégal. |

The book features contributions that report original research in the theoretical, technological, and social aspects of geoinformation methods, as applied to supporting citizen science. Specifically, the book focuses on the technological aspects of the field and their application toward the recruitment of volunteers and the collection, management, and analysis of geotagged information to support volunteer involvement in scientific projects. Internationally renowned research groups share research in three areas: First, the key methods of geoinformatics within citizen science initiatives to support scientists in discovering new knowledge in specific application domains or in performing relevant activities, such as reliable geodata filtering, management, analysis, synthesis, sharing, and visualization; second, the critical aspects of citizen science initiatives that call for emerging or novel approaches of geoinformatics to acquire and handle geoinformation; and third, novel geoinformatics research that could serve in support of citizen science. |
