Der deutsche Theaterbetrieb befindet sich im Krisenmodus. Intransparenz, Missmanagement und Machtmissbrauch deuten auf Probleme in den Informations- und Entscheidungsstrukturen hin. Wie aber funktioniert die Kommunikation im Theater? Wie werden Informationen zwischen Mitarbeiter*innen, Abteilungen und Sparten ausgetauscht? Und welche Mechanismen liegen diesem Austausch zu Grunde? Ellen Heidelberger untersucht die Informations- und Wissensnetzwerke in Theatern. Mit der Methode der sozialen Netzwerkanalyse macht sie die inneren Strukturen der Zusammenarbeit sichtbar und zeigt, wie die Zukunftsfähigkeit von Theaterorganisationen gestärkt werden kann. |
