La moda è un fenomeno che caratterizza la vita contemporanea, tanto più in un paese come il nostro che del "made in Italy" ha fatto il suo biglietto da visita sul mercato internazionale. Ma il predominio italiano è un fatto relativamente recente all'interno di una storia della moda che viceversa inizia nel Medioevo comunale. << questa la storia qui ripercorsa con curiosità e leggerezza da una delle principali storiche della moda italiane. Dopo aver identificato a grandi linee le diverse epoche della moda, segnate volta a volta dall'influenza dell'Italia, poi della Spagna, infine e lungamente della Francia, l'autrice in una carrellata che arriva ai giorni nostri tocca gli aspetti costitutivi del fenomeno, dall'evoluzione del ruolo dei sarti al disciplinamento del lusso, dall'uso degli abiti per segnare appartenenze di luogo e status al succedersi del gusto per i colori, le righe, le fogge larghe o aderenti, i busti e le crinoline. |

|
Contaminants of emerging concern in water are an ongoing challenge globally. This Special Issue is devoted solely to emerging contaminants in water. Research papers in this Special Issue address sampling and analysis, treatment effectiveness, and regulation to limit human exposure. Emerging contaminants addressed include pharmaceuticals and personal care products, glyphosate, microplastics and nanoplastics, venlafaxine, and benzodiazepine. Regulation of emerging contaminants in drinking water is reviewed focusing on PFOA and PFOS. |
