|
Qualitätsungewißheit erfaßt das Problem asymmetrischer Information bei Vertrauenseigenschaften und geht über Qualitätsunsicherheit hinaus, die nur bei Erfahrungseigenschaften auftritt. Informationsökonomische Modelle können Qualitätsungewißheit bisher nur unzureichend analysieren. Zur Behebung dieses Mangels werden Entscheidungen unter Qualitätsungewißheit auf Basis der Choquet-Erwartungsnutzentheorie als Entscheidungen unter Ambiguität modelliert. Die so mögliche Analyse zeigt die spezifischen Dimensionen von Qualitätsungewißheit auf: Es existiert eine zusätzliche Ursache für Marktversagen (vertrauensbedingte Adverse Selektion), und Marktgleichgewichte sind stets suboptimal; das Vertrauen in die Informationsquelle beeinflußt die Informationsübermittlung und macht vertrauensbildende Maßnahmen notwendig. |
