Führen als eine Kunst zu begreifen, diesem Anliegen gehen die Beiträge des von Götz W. Werner und Peter Dellbrügger herausgegebenen Sammelbands nach. Ein Schwerpunkt liegt dabei auf dem Thema der Freiheit: Stefan Brotbeck entwirft eine Phänomenologie der Unfreiheit, indem er soziale Mechanismen entlarvt, die uns und anderen das Leben schwer machen.
