Erinnerung und Identität gelten als zentrale Themen der Kurzgeschichten und Romane von Doeschka Meijsing (1947-2012) – doch deren literarische Inszenierungen wurden bislang kaum untersucht. Christina Lammer zeichnet die beiden Aspekte als zentrale Themenkomplexe systematisch nach und bietet neben einer Einführung in das Gesamtwerk auch neue Sichtweisen auf die Hauptwerke der Autorin. So macht sie ersichtlich, wie die untersuchte Prosa anspielungsreich sinnstiftende Prozesse von Erinnerungskonstruktionen hinterfragt und dabei die Bedeutung intersektionaler Biographien literarischer Figuren – als Resultate struktureller Diskriminierungen und Privilegierungen – inszeniert. |
