Sommario/riassunto

This two-volume set of LNICST 411 and 412 constitutes the refereed post-conference proceedings of the 9th International Conference on Advancement of Science and Technology, ICAST 2021, which took place in August 2021. Due to COVID-19 pandemic the conference was held virtually. The 80 revised full papers were carefully reviewed and selected from 202 submissions.
