For a number of years the East and West Coasts have been the setting for Joint Computer Conferences, sponsored by the Institute of Radio Engineers, the American Institute of Electrical Engineers, and the Association for Computing Machinery, where designers, users, and other interested personnel exchange information on electronic computing equipment. As in the past, a balance between analog and digital computing techniques is maintained. The theme this year is "Techniques for Reliability." |
