Sommario/riassunto

Social democracy is a challenge to labour relations that, since the 2000s, many reforms - Sapin, Rebsamen, El Khomri, Macron - have sought to address. It is no longer a question of developing the free expression of employees but, on the basis of negotiations between employers and trade unions, of promoting self-regulation in each branch of activity, each company, or even for each worker.
