Mr. Mohammad Mustafa is an IAS officer and was till Chairman and Managing Director of Small Industries Development Bank of India (SIDBI). He was also CMD of National Housing Bank. He has more than two decades of experience in Government Services including Joint Secretary (Banking) of the Ministry of Finance for the Government of India, Chairman and Managing Director at the National Housing Bank, Managing Director at the Central Registry of Securitizations Asset Reconstruction and Security Interest of India, Director (Agricultural credit) in the Department of Finance of the Ministry of Finance, etc. Mr. Mustafa has a special interest towards the early stage entrepreneurial financing ecosystem and start-up ecosystem of the country. He has been working on de-mystifying early stage financing and venture capital asset class through his publications and other works.
