In den letzten 15 Jahren haben Bildungsforschung und Fachdidaktik viele Faktoren herausarbeiten können, die die Qualität der Unterrichts- und Schulentwicklung beeinflussen: Dazu gehört auch die Person des Lehrenden mit ihren vielen Facetten. Wenn der Musikunterricht sich in einer rasch wandelnden Schule weiterentwickeln und neue Aufgaben und Herausforderungen meistern soll, dann ist ein besseres Verständnis der Unterrichtsprozesse und mehr Aufmerksamkeit für die Professionalisierung notwendig. Die Jahrestagung 2012 des Arbeitskreises Musikpädagogische Forschung hat sich deshalb dieser Thematik angenommen. Im Tagungsband sind acht Beiträge versammelt, die unterschiedliche Aspekte der Musiklehrerbildung sowie der Musiklehrertätigkeit in Schule und Musikschule beleuchten. |
