Depuis une trentaine d'années, les systèmes européens de protection sociale, à l'origine développés autour de deux modèles fondateurs, celui de Bismarck et celui de Beveridge, ont été confrontés à des problèmes financiers, d'efficacité et de légitimité. L'ouvrage vise à présenter l'historique et la diversité des systèmes de protection sociale en Europe. Il analyse les grands défis à relever et leurs principales réponses, et met en perspective quelques propositions de réformes visant à redynamiser la protection sociale dans une logique d'investissement social et d'égalité des chances sur le cycle de vie. Ce manuel est destiné aux étudiants de licence en économie, gestion, droit, sociologie et AES (Administration économique et sociale) ; aux étudiants des IEP (Instituts d'études politiques) ; aux masters axés sur les questions sociales, aux étudiants de l'École nationale supérieure de sécurité sociale et à ceux de formations sanitaires et sociales. Il s'adresse aussi à ceux qui préparent le concours du CAPES ou de l'agrégation de sciences économiques et sociales. |
