In diesem Sammelband berichten Akteurinnen und Akteure aus Migrantenorganisationen, Bildungsträgern, kommunaler Verwaltung, Kammern und Forschungseinrichtungen über ihre Erfahrungen und Erkenntnisse bei der Fachkräfteentwicklung in Migrantenunternehmen. Die Impulse zur Entstehung dieses Buches gehen auf einen gleichnamigen Workshop zurück, der von der Landesarbeitsgemeinschaft Migrantenökonomie Baden-Württemberg ausgerichtet wurde und unter bundesweiter Beteiligung stattfand. Der Sammelband umfasst die dort vorgestellten Beiträge von Expertinnen und Experten, die aus ihren jeweiligen beruflichen Kontexten und Perspektiven die Aus- und Weiterbildung in Migrantenunternehmen betrachten. Die Beiträge machen deutlich, dass die Förderung der Aus- und Weiterbildung in Migrantenunternehmen sowohl hinsichtlich der Grundlagen als auch der Zielsetzungen auf neue Füße gestellt werden muss. Denn insgesamt ist ein anderer Blick auf Migrantenunternehmen erforderlich, da die an Quantität ausgerichteten Fragen der Ausbildungsbeteiligung an Bedeutung verlieren, während nunmehr in den Betrieben Herausforderungen ersichtlich werden, die stärker auf



eine qualitative Dimension verweisen.
