• Sommario/riassunto: The twenty-fourth edition of the JURIX conference will be held in Vienna, Austria on December 14th–16th at the University of Vienna’s Centre for Legal Informatics. The submissions for this volume come from authors from 18 different countries, showing the international appeal of the topic and conference. These proceedings comprise 12 full papers, 7 short papers and 3 research abstracts. The papers span a wide range of topics on the advanced management of legal information and knowledge, and cover foundational theories as well as developed applications. • Sommario/riassunto: Cet ouvrage réunit les contributions de spécialistes tant de l'image et de son contexte archéologique que de religions anciennes en Égypte, en Grèce et à Rome. La mise en image du divin n'est pas en soi un sujet neuf, mais la production récente du côté des spécialistes de l'image a remis l'accent sur les problèmes d'histoire des religions dont on ne sera pas surpris de voir qu'elles se sont développées dans le sillage des travaux de Jean-Pierre Vernant. L'ouvrage s'articule autour de trois thématiques : mettre en scène le divin ; voir les dieux, penser le divin ; les effigies éphémères. L'objectif est de mettre en lumière non seulement la fonction et la finalité de la figuration des dieux, mais aussi les règles et les logiques qui président à sa construction et à son organisation visuelle. En partant de dossiers précis, il s'agit donc d'étudier les modalités pratiques de création des images divines, de s'interroger sur le statut ambigu de certaines images mises en scène et d'examiner comment ces « scénographies » sont appelées à évoluer. Nous avons analysé comment dispositifs visuels et procédures rituelles jouent sur l'anthropomorphisme des dieux pour construire le divin. Nous avons aussi analysé les processus d'organisation du divin en images, en interrogeant les hiérarchies, les dispositifs visuels et les modes de perception qui président aux associations de dieux dans les images. La dernière partie enfin porte plus spécifiquement sur les dispositifs de mise en image éphémères, soit dans le cadre d'installations non pérennes, soit dans la temporalité propre du rituel. Finalement, la construction du divin dans les images et par les images fonctionne bien en système. Les images divines, parce qu'elles sont activées par de multiples procédés matériels et concrets de mise en scène, permettent de rendre tangible et puissante la divinité qu'elles représentent. Et elles n'acquièrent un sens qu'une fois replacées dans le groupe de leurs complémentarités.
