Die Neuauflage wurde vollständig überarbeitet, umfassend erweitert und auf den neuesten Stand gebracht. Die seit der Vorauflage ergangene Rechtsprechung wurde ebenso eingearbeitet wie die ab 01.05.14 geltende Gesetzeslage. Auch die 2. Auflage setzt sich das Ziel, eine Hilfestellung für eine effektive Verteidigung zu geben. In das thematisch geordnete umfassende Werk auf dem Gebiet der Verkehrs-OWis wurden neue Kapitel eingefügt: u.a. Fahrerermittlungen, Nichteinhaltung des vorgeschriebenen Mindestabstands, Bußgeldverfahren nach Verkehrsunfällen, Konkurrenzen, Fahrtenbuchauflage, Kostentragungspflicht. Ebenso wurden bestehende Kapitel ausgebaut: u.a. Verjährungsregelungen, technische Messverfahren, Fahrverbot nach beharrlicher Pflichtverletzung etc. Das Werk hat die starke Ausrichtung an die Praxis noch vertieft und enthält weitere Formulierungsbeispiele. |
