Das in diesem Kontext entwickelte, web-basierte Support-Netzwerk Soft Open Method of Coordination (SMOC) soll die Kooperation zwischen regionalen Regierungen in Weiterbildungsfragen vereinfachen und steht allen an Weiterbildung interessiert |
