En los ultimos anos, las crecientes demandas de una mejor cobertura sanitaria han situado la salud en lo mas alto de las agendas politicas. Como resultado de ello, los gobiernos de todo el mundo estan tratando de encontrar la mejor manera para satisfacer las expectativas de los ciudadanos.
