Der Arbeitsmarkt entwickelt sich immer mehr zu einem Käufermarkt für leistungsfähige Fach- und Führungskräfte. Dadurch rückt das Personalmarketing stärker in den Blickpunkt der Unternehmen. Die Umsetzung des Personalmarketings in der Praxis weist jedoch teilweise erhebliche Mängel auf.
